• Create, maintain, and update master data in the ERP system in accordance with established standards and procedures, including item master data, BOMs, recipes, and routes.

• Ensure the accuracy of batch and lot tracking information and regulatory attributes.

• Maintain high data quality to support Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance processes.

• Support and maintain data validation rules, workflows, and data quality KPIs.

• Support internal and external audits by providing master data records and traceability information.

• Support continuous improvement and simplification of master data processes.

• Validate master data requests for completeness, accuracy, and compliance before implementation.

• Support Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance teams with master data related requests and issues.

• 2+ years of experience with ERP master data, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Experience in master data governance and data quality management.

• Understanding of regulatory and quality data requirements in pharma or life sciences is a strong advantage.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and a process-driven mindset.

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is a strong advantage.

• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Fluent English.
