Logistics and Transportation Expert

We are actively seeking a committed and driven Logistics and Transportation Expert.
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Plans and optimizes the delivery of products from manufacturers.
• Coordinates the loading and transportation of goods from various destinations.
• Manages and oversees the work of carriers and transportation documents.
• Resolves issues arising during the transportation process.
• Compiles logistic information and prepares reports for management.
• Provides information and assistance to clients in case of problems.
• Demonstrates maximum diligence and resourcefulness in organizing transportation and other logistics activities.
• Prepares, drafts, and monitors insurance and protest letters.
• Generates periodic reports related to goods tracking and reports to dealers on their movement.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a degree in Transportation and Logistics.
Professional experience: minimum of 2 years of experience in the field, mainly at sea freight.
Special knowledge and skills: excellent computer literacy, database management and analysis experience with specialized transportation and financial software, very good English language skills.
Required personal qualities and skills: adaptability, organization, and initiative; communication skills and ability to work in a team; loyalty and a responsible attitude towards work; flexible thinking and ability to make quick decisions; desire for personal development.
